is a lecturer at the University of Leicester and college lecturer at St Annes College, University of Oxford. He is the principal investigator of the AML. His research focues on modelling, testing, design and manufacturing approaches for advanced materials.

is a PhD student working on understanding the creep behavior of additively manufactured AM316H stainless steel. His research focuses analysing creep damage analysis using correlative microscopy techniques, including micro-CT and laser-FIB SEM.
Ali Fahem
is a PhD student working on understanding the failure of welding of cladded metallic systems. His research focuses analysing failure of welding in cladded systems using advanced experimental techniques and Finite Element simulations.
